His main focus revolves around expanding our training services in the region, fostering existing client relationships, and securing new partnerships in the central west area.

As a proud local of Orange, Nick’s roots run deep, with his family owning a cattle and sheep farm in the area for over 16 years.

Beyond the office, Nick finds joy in activities like running, following sports, hitting the gym, and lending a hand on the family farm.

Ben Greiner

Shutdown Execution Specialist

Ben is a highly skilled Shutdown Execution Specialist with over 6 years of experience in safely and efficiently managing shutdowns and projects within the mining industry, particularly in iron ore processing plants.

Adept at coordinating teams, ensuring timeline adherence, and maintaining strong client relationships. Demonstrates expertise in overseeing complex maintenance projects, mitigating risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ben is committed to delivering operational excellence, cost savings, and client satisfaction through detailed planning and effective execution.

With well-developed organizational and time management skills, he excels in prioritizing and meeting operational targets. Ben is proficient in project planning and execution, using tools like Microsoft Project, SAP, and client-specific applications to scope, plan, and track shutdowns.

Experienced in leading up to 5 supervisors and 15 scaffold teams, Ben ensures effective coordination with logistics teams and clients.

Originally from Lennox Head, outside of work, Ben is a proud father and enjoys spending quality time with his young family. On weekends, you’ll likely find him at the beach or a park enjoying time with his 3 children.

Josh Hedington

With a decade of hands-on experience in scaffolding, Josh Hedington has built a robust career across various sectors, including mine sites in New South Wales, residential constructions, and commercial projects. For the past eight years, he has called the Central West home, deepening his connection to the community and local industry.

Josh’s extensive background equips him with a thorough understanding of safety protocols, industry regulations, and innovative scaffolding techniques. For over five years, he has excelled in leadership roles, effectively managing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and safety. He is passionate about mentoring emerging talent in the field, ensuring they are well-prepared for success.

Dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship and exceeding client expectations, Josh stays updated on the latest developments in construction technology and safety practices. Outside of work, he values family time, enjoying the outdoors and exploring the Central West’s landscapes with his loved ones.

Michael Holder

Regional Manager, Breight Group – Orange

Michael Holder brings over 18 years of experience in the scaffolding and construction industry to his role as Regional Manager at Breight Group in Orange, NSW.

Michael joined Pilbara Access (now known as Breight Group) in the early stages of the business. He held multiple positions in his 8 years of service, finishing with the position of Area Manager in the Pilbara division where he managed multiple shutdowns and projects in the region.

In 2016, Michael returned to New Zealand, where he successfully owned and operated two family businesses and took on various management roles within the scaffolding industry. Pursuing further growth, he graduated with a diploma in civil engineering and completed a cadetship in an engineering consultancy firm. He then progressed to roles as a project and operations manager in a major civil engineering business, delivering projects valued at up to $3 million.

At present, Michael joined Breight Group as the Regional Manager for NSW, based in Orange. Passionate about his work, he is excited to connect with the local community and contribute to Breight Group’s growth in the region.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys squash, golf, fishing, diving, rugby, and rugby league – and has a competitive spirit in all he does. Having moved his young family to Orange, he looks forward to exploring their new home.
